At Eternal Memory Gifts, every single item is custom-made to order. We do not hold inventory in a warehouse; instead, we craft your personalized memorial gift specifically for you once your order is placed.
Please review our production and shipping timelines below to understand when to expect your order.
1. Production Time (Processing)
Timeframe: 2 – 5 Business Days.
What happens: This is the time it takes for our team to receive your personalization details, print your item, quality check it, and package it for shipment.
Note during Holidays: During peak seasons (November/December), production times may increase by 2-3 days.
2. Shipping Time (In Transit) Once your item leaves our facility, the estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3 – 7 Business Days.
International: 10 – 30 Business Days (depending on customs).
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Shipping) = 7 to 12 Business Days.
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number as soon as the label is created.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system after receiving the email.
4. Shipping Carriers We use standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely.
5. Incorrect Address
Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our system is automated to speed up production, we often cannot change the address once the order is placed.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Eternal Memory Gifts is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or contact your local post office immediately.
If your package is lost in transit (stuck for 10+ days with no updates), please contact us at heavenlyinspirationsllc@gmail.com so we can file a claim and help you get a replacement.
