Refund policy

At Eternal Memory Gifts, every item is uniquely personalized and made-to-order specifically for your loved one. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or spelling errors made by the customer during checkout.

Our "Peace of Mind" Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if there is a manufacturing error (such as a faint print or incorrect item sent), we will replace it 100% free of charge.

You do not need to return the damaged item to us. Simply report the issue, and we will send a replacement immediately.

How to Report an Issue Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find an issue, please email us at heavenlyinspirationsllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo showing the damage or print error.

Refunds In the rare case that a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union Customers Please note that according to EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, all sales of personalized items to the EU are final.
